Cam-controlled turning technology
- In our Plant 1, 5 complete production lines with well over 250 conventional cam turning and finishing machines work for our customers.
- We manufacture drawing parts such as nuts with all types of threads, with or without oversize. Press-in bushes, threaded bushes, bolts, sleeves, pistons, knurled parts and also turned parts according to DIN standards.
- Our materials are primarily brass, aluminum, steel and stainless steel. Our manufacturing know-how ensures that we can also offer you any material without the addition of lead.
- All surfaces, tempering, grinding and barrel finishing are standard for us.
- Extreme flexibility and process-oriented systems, including state-of-the-art optical inspection machines, offer you optimum quality and quantity.
