From nuts with every type of thread to press-fit bushings, threaded bushings, bolts, sleeves and pistons, through to knurled parts and turned parts to DIN standards – we manufacture precise parts to drawing in medium to large series. Our Plant 1 alone operates five complete production lines with well over 250 conventional cam-controlled turning and finishing machines.
Cam-controlled automatic lathes play to their strengths exactly where it matters: shortest cycle times, high repeat accuracy and stable processes across large batch sizes.

Our expertise does not end with the finished turned or milled part. On request, we supply the ready-to-install component including heat treatment, surface finishing, marking and assembly of complete units. All surface treatments such as hardening and tempering, grinding and vibratory finishing are part of our standard scope.
With well-designed logistics concepts including kanban and complete traceability, we ensure smooth processes along your entire value chain. Whatever we do not cover in-house is handled by long-standing partner companies in our immediate region – qualified, certified and with short distances.
Whether pre-series samples or large-scale production, support as early as the design phase or the realisation of complex major projects – we accompany you from the first idea to successful implementation.
Our components are used in a wide variety of industries: from highly stressed vehicle components to electronic assemblies and sensor technology (process connections, sensor housings, flanges) through to solutions in mechanical engineering, measurement technology and optoelectronics.

Material expertise and process-reliable manufacturing
From standard materials to high-performance alloys – brass, aluminium, steel and stainless steel are as much part of our material portfolio as titanium, Hastelloy and Inconel. On request, we also manufacture in lead-free versions.
Dimensional accuracy and repeatability are ensured by modern optical and tactile measuring technology in fully air-conditioned measuring rooms. We coordinate initial sample inspection reports according to VDA and PPAP individually with you.
