Our Services
CNC turning at Plant 2 – short turning, long turning and chucking work under one roof
In our CNC department at Plant 2 we manufacture, among other things, components for manufacturers of high-quality sensors – process connections, sensor housings and flanges. In addition, we produce complex CNC turn-mill components for measurement technology, optoelectronics and the automotive supply industry.

Here's what we offer
CNC short turned parts
On modern CNC fixed-headstock lathes we manufacture a wide variety of turned parts up to Ø 90 mm directly from bar stock – from simple to highly complex geometries. Complete machining and materials such as V2A, V4A, titanium or special aluminium grades (with or without Pb) as well as bronze are standard for us.
CNC long turned parts
We produce CNC long turned parts from Ø 6 – 32 mm with a maximum part length of 1,000 mm. Cross machining, thread whirling, thread forming and deep-hole drilling are our specialities.
Whether small series or large quantities on kanban call-off – we are your highly specialised partner.
CNC chucked parts
We supply chucked turned parts up to Ø 280 mm. Here, too, complete machining is one of our core competencies.
Material expertise
Demanding alloys for demanding applications
From standard materials to high-performance alloys – we machine the entire spectrum:
- Stainless steel alloys
- 1.4305 | 1.4301
- 1.4404 | 1.4435 | 1.4571
- High-performance materials
- Titanium
- Hastelloy
- Inconel
- Standard materials
- Steel
- Aluminium
- Brass
- Bronze
- Special aluminium grades with or without Pb (lead)
Batch sizes
From sample series to kanban call-offs for large-scale production
Whether a single sample part, small series or large quantities on kanban call-off – we are your capable partner. We implement highly individual call-off schedules for large-scale production just as reliably as the fast production of a sample part.
Vertical integration
Complete machining as standard
In both short turning and long turning, complete machining is our standard – this reduces re-clamping operations, ensures repeatability and shortens the process chain.
- In long turning, we also master demanding special processes:
- Cross machining
- Thread whirling
- Thread forming
- Deep-hole drilling
Target audiences
For sensor technology, measurement technology, optoelectronics and automotive
