On request, Mayenberger supplies not just the turned part but the ready-to-install component. Heat treatment, surface finishing, honing, deep-hole drilling, marking and packaging – you get one central scope of work, one contact person and a continuous quality chain.

For medium to large series with stable geometry, cam-controlled automatic lathes play to their strengths: once set up, they achieve very short cycle times with high repeat accuracy – often unbeatable in unit costs over the entire production run.

Primarily brass, aluminium, steel and stainless steel. On request also in lead-free versions.

Nuts with all common thread types (with or without oversize), press-fit bushings, threaded bushings, bolts, sleeves, pistons, knurled parts as well as turned parts to DIN standards – as parts to drawing or according to standard.

Hardening and tempering, grinding and vibratory finishing are part of our standard scope. On request, we supply parts ready to install including assembly.
