Mayenberger combines 70 years of machining experience with one of the most capable conventional cam-controlled turning operations in the region. Cam-controlled automatic lathes are most economical where shortest cycle times, high repeat accuracy and stable processes across large batch sizes matter. That is exactly what our Plant 1 is designed for: process-oriented systems, well-established production lines and modern optical inspection machines ensure an optimum of quantity and quality.
Your benefits
- In our Plant 1, five complete production lines with well over 250 conventional cam-controlled turning and finishing machines work for our customers.
- We manufacture parts to drawing such as nuts with every type of thread (with or without oversize), press-fit bushings, threaded bushings, bolts, sleeves, pistons, knurled parts as well as turned parts to DIN standards.
- Our materials are primarily brass, aluminium, steel and stainless steel – on request also in lead-free versions.
- All surface treatments such as hardening and tempering, grinding and vibratory finishing are standard for us.
- On request, ready to install including downstream processing and assembly.

On request, Mayenberger supplies not just the turned part but the ready-to-install component. Heat treatment, surface finishing, honing, deep-hole drilling, marking and packaging – you get one central scope of work, one contact person and a continuous quality chain.
Whatever we do not cover in-house is handled by long-standing partner companies in our immediate region – qualified, certified and with short distances.

For medium to large series with stable geometry, cam-controlled automatic lathes play to their strengths: once set up, they achieve very short cycle times with high repeat accuracy – often unbeatable in unit costs over the entire production run.
